No. Guests can convert right away. Signing in lets you keep results for 24 hours, run several conversions at once, and see your history.

What happens to my files?

Files are stored only long enough to convert and download them. Guest files are deleted 30 minutes after the job finishes. Member files are deleted after 24 hours, or sooner from the account page.

Is it safe to upload files?

Uploads travel over HTTPS. Each file is checked against its declared type, executables are rejected, and files are never shared with anyone else. Only your browser session can download the result.

How big can a file be?

Guests can upload files up to 25 MB each. Signed-in members can upload files up to 100 MB each.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. MyConvert works in current browsers on iPhone, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. There is nothing to install.
